The cancellation of the order is possible in the event that Roseparo has not started the preparation of your package. If the order has been dispatched, then it is too late to cancel it: you must then make a return.
Regarding a return, whether for an exchange or a refund, any item must be returned within 15 days of receipt. We advise you to use the original carrier and to choose a counter-signature and tracked delivery formula. Return costs are entirely borne by the customer. Returned merchandise will only be accepted if it has not been altered, and if the packaging is returned in its original condition. The items you wish to exchange must be returned new and unworn.
For an exchange: please contact us by email email@example.com or by phone 06.52.70.45.34 to ensure the availability of the item you want in exchange. For an exchange request and subject to availability of stocks, your package will be returned to the same address and under the same conditions as the original order.
For a refund: the refund period is between 2 and 10 working days from the date of receipt of your return. For any refund request, we will credit you with the amount of the item returned to the same bank account or Paypal used during the purchase. Please note that the transaction may take a few days to be effective and available on your account.

Returned products must be new, unworn and be placed in their original packaging.

After checking the conformity of the returned product (new, in its original packaging with its labels), you will receive a confirmation email when the returned package has been received.
